Andi Sue Phillips

Andi Sue Phillips spent 22 years in the Navy, led military helicopter operations and retired as a Naval Officer (pilot). She brings initiative, accountability and integrity to start-ups and global organizations. As a mission-focused leader, Andi Sue drives value through a human-centric design approach, including analyzing and leveraging data focused on safety, risk management and logistics.

After her military service, Andi Sue transitioned to flying commercial jets and has flown passenger jets (CRJ 550/700/900), private business jet (Lear 60XR) and for an international cargo company (757/767).

A strong believer in higher education, Andi Sue has earned an MBA from University of Colorado-Boulder, MS in Human Systems Integration from Naval Postgraduate School and a BA in Political Science from University of Colorado-Boulder.

Currently a Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Co-Founder, Andi Sue leads the development of an AI pilot training system funded by a Navy SBIR. She also consults with Boeing performing in Functional Hazard Analyses groups (777X systems and crew alerting). For 5 years, she collaborated with boards of non-profit and private companies, serving on governance and finance committees.
